The Way to Liberation
In so far as
one can see is the way not of your making but that of something or
someone else. Your life is yours, though it is also that of someone
else.
In modern
day society we have what we call the ethical and substantially moral
workplace. (Not that there is not none of the complete opposite no)
This work environment is discussed and upheld through the excuse of
bureaucracy and "hierarchy". It is not strictly found in
our work relations, though modern capitalism has created the notion
of slave mentality to those who work for less, and does all the
"hard" work. Some may argue that this is a manner of
exploitation, though what will be discussed later is that it is not
exploitation, but rather a power struggle created between the rich
and the poor. The rich, funnily enough, being the minority has some
kind of magical power over the poor which seems to stretch until the
end of man, and nullifies the goal and purpose of democracy
completely for it has been somehow decided that it is good to be
rich, you're important when you're rich, and you're ready to be rich,
which the latter means that the path and goal of wealth is a path and
goal we all can reach, though what may be after or outside of
inequality in the workplace and societal structure is up for debate,
and also inconsistent as to how our society works, which is as
mentioned a power struggle which will probably go on forever. As an
example; democracy, though dictated through an electoral process,
allows us to vote for our preferred form of governance which is
dictated by the many, but enforced by the few political leaders
nominated and assigned to this "sacred" task. This boring
conglomeration we call society, which is utter bullshit and serves no
purpose for us humans, other than to show us that yes the majority
vote counts, and the minority vote also has some effect, though is it
really necessary to note that it's only a handful of people we assign
to govern over us? So basically many vote in few to do our bidding,
but actually we do theirs. Yes this may seem at odds to what we
believe modern democracy actually is, but this structure is meant to
change and adapt to our points of view and our lifestyles. Why don't
we all manage and run our nation of birth or adoption instead of a
select few? And why are certain "realities" or qualities
such as "success", wealth, and promotion (in the
workplace), so much prioritized and prized by us, and seen by us, as
the ultimate goal in our daily lives? With the advent of a second
humanity through AI or artificial intelligence we have denounced
hierarchy, but also enforced it at the same time. We now know,
hierarchy is manufactured, but also allowing other lifeforms into our
social and moral circle alleviates responsibility unto us in our
daily lives. Though what this means in the long run is up for
question, yet it is not the future we are discussing but the lost
present of mental slavery and physical disaster.
I work in an
environment where strict policies are upheld by the rich and
“important” minority to subdue the mass of men to a mentality of
slave labor which you can escape from through dedicated hard work and
success stories. Though if all succeed in fulfilling these
obligations and goals, doesn't that mean that fairly they'll need to
promote us all, yet they have created snares where they can
distinguish, for themselves, the result of who is better and who is
worse, and this usually happens in some part of the recruitment
process? Basically they cannot promote all, otherwise there will be
no one to produce the work needed on the “lower” level of the
work environment, such as the cleaner or the customer service
associate, until, I guess, they can remove the lower level through
automation. But surely we must not be made to believe that our goal
is to be prosperous in our monthly expenditure and income? That their
goals are ours also, or should be ours also. It's not that we don't
want to reach what they have, but rather it is rude, obnoxious,
discriminating, to state there is a way out, and that way is up, and
all we have to do, is eat their lies, until they coincidentally
select us to join them in their secret meetings and affairs.
When you
take into account what bureaucracy is, then you'll see it is the
implementation of hierarchy to further the goals of the leaders and
expand their pockets exponentially in comparison to how many are
“below” them, and can do their duties for them, such as a
personal assistant in the corporate environment. Yet this money
making, and saving scheme has reached its end, once the common man
opposes this “fantasy” of eternal growth and the supplication of
our fellows to the end of a race for the elite. To reach the reaches
of outer space, and independent living, though it is clearly just a
matter of description and relation, whereas we will stop believing
their lies about us being placed in the same boat as them, as if we
want it, and they want to embrace us all in their scheme of things,
which is only for them to go higher up the ladder, more and more, and
we just follow creating more room and expansive growth in the work
environment, where money, only, is to be made, and that man, being
alienated, through repetitive labor, and simple redundant tasks, is
submitted to live out his day enslaved by capitalism and democracy
for all we want to achieve is for no one to be poor and no one to be
exploited which is exactly what is going on. We are poor while they
are rich, as if that matters to us, yet they use the goal in the end
as the reason for their exploitative ways in the present.
So during
the aftermath of realization is, as mentioned, the boring and
predictable human animal in its society. The one place where change
is necessary when nothing positive is occurring or at least found
required by all members. It's not that our thinking should change
only, but our behavior in general. We need to resist this bureaucracy
and hierarchy created by business men and politicians. They have
created a trap for us to serve them, empower them, and enrich them,
while we as supposed respected members of this rat race, live to die
poor and without legacy in a huge amount of pain and suffering, which
is no longer the case in our minds now as in the future.
What else
can be said about negligence and ignorance and apathy found in this
bureaucratic structure, and system of conformity within this
biological entity not meant for mental and physical slave labor?
