Capitalism as a religion (work in progress)

Perhaps the origin of religious belief can now be explained, as even the wise scientist has befallen seeing himself as a God, or a remnant of a God, in the wake of Capitalism.

Conclusive evidence remains, like a corpse, that something must have happened that allowed religious belief to flourish at first, and become pervasive in our society, which cannot be ignored, like a cough, or a dizzy spell, where the corpse that is man, to be dissected, and analyzed, for the sake of record, must be found firstly, wherever it may rest in decay, for it to matter still, even though it has ceased to exist, and will never again. So too, in comparison, Capitalism can only be understood in its totality once man has rejected, and removed it from himself, like the dictator, that it is, and was, which brought about the complete subordination of man onto its precepts, and requirements to exist, and exert its influence permanently, supposedly. Capitalism’s origin is man’s need to be liberated through artificial and superficial means, without real proof, from the simple and impoverished bonds created through Nature, for its bounty was not enough. Man believed that wanting more is rational and sane, and an honorable goal, or mentality, to have, to set its own rules and laws, that liberated him in his psychological, and physiological space. It, Capitalism, is a religion for it promises vitality, and youth, or happiness, if only one subordinates to it completely, like a fanatic, or in this case an actual slave, paid to slumber and limber on. Always to be aware through the drugs, and food, and excursions, they consume. Like some tourist that is on a spending spree, indulging in cheap goods brought about by the natives, at no cost in thinking about the reason for their being there. It’s not honorable, tourism, it is slavery and exploitation, waiting patiently to fill your glass, and belly. Time waits for no one, and the ones dining are not the ones whining. At a cost though, the slave must utilize its earnings to feed other slaves, and diners – legally or illegally. It depends on how you look at it.

As time has become money, the act of sexual prudence and provocation is solely relayed to relationship, and marriage. A legal binding, only to free the bride from additional worries not found in the bed.

The aftermath of Feudalistic society though, where one-man ruled all, has now become where man is his own master, whilst daring not to be a slave. The appetite of a man, aware of his omnipotence, and invincibility, drew forth the aspect, in my mind, that Capitalism within itself has become the makings of a new religion. The said structure is found completing man's alienated status from reality, declaring him a separate being with power, and ignorantly ignoring his weakness. Religion plays the same role – as the sinner must receive the blessing and forgiveness of his God first, before he may enter the Kingdom of Heaven, upon his death. So, he must actively engage in religious duty in this life, for the sake of reward, as is Capitalism found to expect subservience for the sake of a future protected, and found utmost reasonable to compare the wasted time, which it is, as the reward may not occur, as nothing is set until the dues have been met. Your employer or investor may abscond, and not return the favor for the work and attention given by yourself.

The truth that befell man, in this present age, is that he can do as he wishes, if only he can afford it. Making him defined by his habits, which has been brought into question since birth, and growth into this random, but not unique lifestyle.

The mentality of separation, and the end of being merely a witness, and not a participant, has made him forcefully denying freedom from his fellow men. Like a God declaring the sinner as absolvent of absolution to enter the Kingdom of Heaven, but merely a test-subject, a servant, a victim on the mounds of the Devil’s Hell. That is the basis of Capitalism in a general sense as generally believed and preached by Marx and Fromm.

Cleverly it is painted as a hierarchical system where you get ethically and consciously promoted fairly, only. Due to hard work for one, and promise expressed in skill and talent. Success is immaturely measured or defined by set rules or concepts which either blesses man or curses him.

Life, as in the wellbeing of our structured State, or society, is measured collectively through an individual’s progress. As in, man is measured also by his governments ethical and economic success, and not just only, how he maintains his finances and relation to his direct relations personally.

Cause for salvation. Fulfilling dreams due to inadequacies and addictions leading to perversion – the silent drug driving a man through a forest of denial.

It is the solution to an external cause or source or inherited problem or flaw.

Who wants to be a Communist?

Capitalism is a religion because Capitalists don’t believe in Anarchism. And people fighting against Communism are also Capitalists because they do not believe in Communism. A complete mindset so drastically altered since birth, like Apartheid in the minds of John Vorster, and Eugene Terblanche. Or like the Republicans not believing in Democraticism (?) – even though I don’t understand whether it’s class-war or factionalism. How does the separation benefit Man, for the United States of America is not separate from the World, which it tries to govern mediocrely, exerting the Capitalist nuance which both Republicans and Democrats expound in their inherent communities, cities, and social circles, coincidentally, but essentially the one thing they relate towards therefor making Capitalism a religion of Black Fridays and New Year Evenings, for if there was separation between Republicans and Democrats on account of Capitalism – then ideologies like Communism and Anarchism would have been founded fighting against the godlike status quo, ending in civil war or protest against the ruling system above their own, in their simple and adventurous lives. Even today people opposing a supposed peaceful system of equality and respect are treated inhumanely and unfairly. Capitalism has to exist for exploitation to exist, and the same goes for the rest, for tyranny can only be vanquished through ignorance of it, for knowledge is power, and man is free to do as he wishes, and not enforced to only use money to trade and rather an ecology built to sustain our lives – for we farm to eat, we can learn to grow to eat, but not harvest other than the fruit and spread the seed which animals do.

Maybe you need to get out some more and realize how small you are, but your mind thinks you’re big, which you’re not. Merely a fragment of mind, amongst a system of minds, created by the likes of Jung and Freud. -  They are watching and waiting only to observe and learn, and not to alter a machine dedicated on renouncing truth and reconciliation for the sake of eternal bliss in a wealthy society.

And finally, the answer is – who are the ones watching? The correct answer is with absolute certainty and guile………. Doctors are the most intelligent people on the planet.
